The first day of Fit Girls will be September 25. As in the past, we will meet on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:45-4:00pm. There will not be Fit Girls is there is no school. Participation on both days is required as the curriculum and training is much more beneficial and effective when there is a commitment to both days. If there are more than 3 unexcused absences, we will evaluate participation. The program runs RAIN or SHINE. Our last session will be after the race on Tuesday, November 6.
We will be celebrating the end of the season with the Full Hearts 5k on November 4. The race begins and ends at the Village School and is open to the community. We look forward to everyone joining us!

If you are interested in volunteering, please email us at fitgirlsmhd@gmail.com. We cannot run the program without volunteers. Enrollment may be limited if we do not have enough parent/community volunteers to run a safe and effective program! No running experience is necessary! Let us know if you have any questions!
